How To Register - Indonesian Teams

Team Requirements

  • Each team must consist of exactly 3 students and 1 coach (staff/faculty member) from the same institution.
  • All team members must be eligible to participate in the ICPC Asia Pacific Championship 2027.
  • Each student may compete in only one team in the Indonesia National Contest 2026 and The 2026 ICPC Asia Regional Jakarta.
  • A coach is allowed to coach more than one team.
  • The coach must be an official staff or faculty member of the university.


Registration Steps

Coaches are responsible for completing the team registration.

  1. Go to https://icpc.global/private/teamRegistration.
  2. Select "Asia Pacific Contests" as the region.
  3. Select "The 2026 ICPC Asia Jakarta Onsite Regional Contest", then select "The 2026 ICPC Asia Jakarta – Indonesia National Contest", and choose "Indonesia National On-Line Contest". Please log in or sign up to access the registration site.
  4. Complete the registration between Friday, 28 August 2026 and Monday, 12 October 2026.
  5. Select your team origin institution. If your institution is not listed, click "Not in the list? Suggest New Institution" and submit your institution.
  6. Enter your team name and team members. If a team member cannot be found in the system, click "Register new person" to register the team member.
  7. If you are registering more than one team, click the "+" button and repeat the previous step.
  8. Review and confirm all team registrations by clicking "Register Team(s)".
  9. Your team registration is complete once the registration has been successfully submitted.


Registration Fee Information

Registration Fee: IDR 150,000 per team (exclusive of bank/transfer fees).

Registration Fee Payment Deadline: Monday, 12 October 2026

Payment Confirmation

After completing the payment, the coach or any team member must submit the payment confirmation through the official INC 2026 Payment Confirmation Form.

Payment confirmation must be submitted no later than Monday, 12 October 2026.

After completing the transfer, please fill out the following form and upload your transfer receipt:

Important: Please make sure that the payment has been transferred to the correct Bina Nusantara University account and that all information submitted in the form is accurate.

After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment email confirming that your payment submission has been received.

Please note that the automatic email does not confirm that your payment has been successfully verified. The INC 2026 Committee will review your payment, and you will receive a separate confirmation email once the payment has been successfully verified.
