How To Register - ICPC Asia Regional Jakarta

Team Requirements

  • Each team must consist of exactly 3 students and 1 coach (staff/faculty member) from the same institution.
  • All team members must be eligible to participate in the ICPC Asia Pacific Championship 2027.
  • Each student may compete in only one team in The 2026 ICPC Asia Regional Jakarta and the Indonesia National Contest 2026.
  • A coach is allowed to coach more than one team.
  • The coach must be an official staff or faculty member of the university.

Registration Steps
Coaches are responsible for completing the team registration.
  1. Go to https://icpc.global/private/teamRegistration.
  2. Select "Asia Pacific Contests" as the region.
  3. Select "The 2026 ICPC Asia Jakarta Onsite Regional Contest". Please log in or sign up to access the registration site.
  4. Complete the registration between Friday, 28 August 2026 and Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
  5. Select your team origin institution. If your institution is not listed, click "Not in the list? Suggest New Institution" and submit your institution.
  6. Enter your team name and team members. If a team member cannot be found in the system, click "Register new person" to register the team member.
  7. If you are registering more than one team, click the "+" button and repeat the previous step.
  8. Review and confirm all team registrations by clicking "Register Team(s)".
  9. After submitting the registration, the eligibility of all team members will be reviewed by the ICPC Committee.
  10. Please wait until all team members have been confirmed as eligible before making any payment.
  11. Once all team members have been confirmed as eligible, the coach will receive the official payment link by email from the ICPC Committee.
  12. Check the coach's registered email address for the payment link. Please also check the spam/junk folder if the email is not found in the inbox.
  13. Complete the registration fee payment using the official payment link provided by email.
  14. Your registration and payment process is complete once the payment has been successfully submitted.
IMPORTANT: Do not transfer the ICPC registration fee directly to the Bina Nusantara University bank account. The ICPC registration fee must be paid using the official payment link sent by email after all team members have been confirmed as eligible.
