How To Register - Indonesian Teams

Team Requirement:

  • A team consists of 3 students exact and 1 coach (staff) from the same institution.
  • All team members are eligible to participate in ICPC Asia Pacific Championship 2025.
  • Each student may only compete in one team in Indonesia National Contest 2025 and The 2025 ICPC Asia Regional Jakarta.
  • The coach is allowed to coach more than one team.
  • The coach must be the official staff or faculty member of the university.

Registration Steps:
Coaches are responsible for the registration.

  1. Go to the following link: https://icpc.global/private/teamRegistration.
  2. Choose "Asia Pacific Contests" Region
  3. Click The 2025 ICPC Asia Jakarta Onsite Regional Contest, click The 2025 ICPC Asia Jakarta – Indonesia National Contest, and choose "Indonesia National On-Line Contest" (Login or Sign Up to enter the registration site)
  4. Registration date is on Friday, 26 September 2025 to Saturday, 11 October 2025
  5. Choose your team origin institution. If your institution is not listed in the table provided, please click "Not in the list? Suggest New Institution" and then suggest your institution.
  6. Input your team name and team member. If your team member is not found, then click "Register new person" to register your team member.
  7. You can add more than one team by clicking the "+" button and follow the previous step.
  8. Confirm all your teams registration by clicking the "Register Team(s)" button.
  9. You have successfully registered your team in the programming contest.

Registration Fee Information

Fee: IDR 60.000 per team (exclusive transfer fee)
Due: until Saturday, 11 October 2025

Registration fee should be transferred to Bina Nusantara Account,

Acc Number  : 527-1706-678
Acc Name    : UNIV BINA NUSANTARA

Transfer receipt, along with the Team Name, University Name, Account Owner Name, Account Number, and Bank Name should be completed before Tuesday, 14 October 2025:
